How to submit a timesheet
Timesheets are how Coop tracks the hours you work and generates invoices for your client. You submit them weekly — every Friday by 5pm in your local time.
Step 1 — Open the weekly grid
From your VA portal, click "My time" in the left sidebar. You'll see a grid with rows for each task you've been working on, and columns for each day of the current week.
Step 2 — Review and fill in gaps
Check each row. If something is missing or wrong, click the cell to edit it. You can also add a new task row with the "+ Add task row" button at the bottom.
- Enter hours as decimals (e.g. 1.5 for 1 hour 30 min)
- Mark non-billable time under "Internal" client
- Coop Training rows are automatically marked as internal
Step 3 — Submit
When you're happy with the week, click "Submit week" in the top right. Your timesheet will be sent to your Coop ops contact for approval. You'll get a notification when it's approved.
After submission
Once approved (usually same day), Coop generates an invoice for your client and queues your payout for Friday. You'll see the amount in "My time" under this week's status.
